We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to support electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting for wireless telecommunications infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience working with power systems, grounding, and electrical components related to cell towers, small cell sites, and related wireless equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, circuits, and equipment for wireless communication sites.

  • Ensure compliance with NEC, local electrical codes, and industry safety standards.

  • Work with DC and AC power systems, including backup generators and battery backups.

  • Perform grounding and bonding for telecommunications equipment.

  • Troubleshoot electrical issues in cell sites, rooftop installations, and fiber networks.

  • Coordinate with project managers, tower technicians, and other trades to complete installations.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.

  • Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for electrical upgrades.

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and compliance reports.

What You Will Need

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Journeyman Electrician license: preferably in MA, NH, ME, VT
  • Valid driver's license
  • DOT Medical Card
  • Ability to read and understand working drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Able to travel and stay overnight as required


A Plus if you have:

  • Prior working experience within the wireless industry
  • Prior experience with Distributed Antenna Systems ("DAS")
  • Familiarity with DC Power Systems
  • Experience with Back-Up power solutions (Diesel / LP Generator Installation)
  • OSHA10 or OSHA 30 Certified
  • Experience with PV and EV Charging Systems
  • CT and RI Electrical License
