As a Warehouse Technician at TCI, you're more than a back-of-house role - you're a vital link in the chain that keeps our field teams connected and our projects running seamlessly. Responsible for the execution of logistics functions of receiving, processing, and storing all items in the warehouse. Responsible for sending out of inventory to internal and external customers with absolute accuracy based on the shipping list. From managing inbound and outbound inventory to ensuring every shipment is accurate and on time, you'll be trusted to bring precision, accountability, and pride to everything you touch.

Your Work that Keeps us Connected (Job Responsibilities)

• Professionally represent TCI to internal teams and external partners
• Load and unload deliveries and pickups safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory through strict adherence to processes and procedures
• Document and log all incoming and outgoing inventory with precision
• Flag and report any missing, lost, or damaged materials or equipment
• Alert management of any safety concerns related to the warehouse, facility, or equipment
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment responsibly and safely
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and inspection-ready at all times
• Collaborate with coworkers and the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth operations
• Support the logistics team with a consistent, safety-first mindset

Minimum/Preferred Requirements

Education: High School or equivalent

Experience: Entry level

Signal Strength (Knowledge/Skills):

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with the field and warehouse.
• Ability to operate cell phone-based inventory applications

Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 25%
• The person in this position needs to move about inside the warehouse to access materials or machinery 50%
• The ability to lift up to 70lbs
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons and inclement weather
